The QuickPouch Micro 'auto' mode will cycle the machine at a fixed rate. We have found that almost any operator, with a few days of training, can be cycling at 15-20 pouches per minute.
This is a significant improvement over strictly manual operations.
There is also a significant decrease in the amount of manipulation per pouch which should translate into fewer RSI complaints.
This machine is a simple, easy to operate unit with easy adjustments (basic tools are included) and easy setup.
